IL3.1B - Manufacturing Process Factor Modelling System

A functional web application for filtering, selecting and analysing Nexeed MES datasets to model internal manufacturing-process factors such as sensor variations, assembly errors and rework. The system is integrated in the Control Tower and was tested with real batch data from the Cacia production line.
